A Sisyphus that is frozen and/or has blinking lights means that your product has encountered an error that must be resolved before it can continue drawing in the sand.
Before reaching out to customer support, try the following simple steps:
- For Metal Tables and Mini ESs, check for any obstructions under the Sisyphus, such as loose wires or other objects that could interfere with the moving mechanism
- Power Cycle Your Sisyphus
- Connect to your table and update the firmware.
- Unplug the Sisyphus from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Please wait up to 5 full minutes to see ball movement
If the error still persists, contact customer support and be ready to tell them what colors the lights are blinking, the error shown in the app, and how quickly the error occurs after power-cycling.
